John and Sue Morrison Gardens completed!
New residential community to support Gary Holmes Hospital Maganjo into the future.
The John and Sue Morrison Gardens – a new residential community that includes three apartment residences named for Thomas and Sue Bisanz, Dennis and Megan Doyle, and Gary S. Holmes – is completed on the Gary Holmes Hospital Maganjo campus!
Each residential building has eight or nine spacious light-filled apartments featuring gleaming tile, beautiful cabinetry, roomy closets and all the comforts of home. Each unit comprises of two bedrooms, master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and large living room.
The Gardens are surrounded by a security fence with guarded entrance. Inside the secured grounds is a large parking area for vehicles. A gas-powered generator is available for when the local power grid isn't working.
Rental income from the new buildings will cover costs of future hospital equipment replacement, ambulance maintenance, public health outreach (such as immunization clinics and patient-education programs), and gaps between patient payments and the full costs of care. The residences also will help meet growing demand in the Maganjo area for affordable, safe and secure housing.
