Morrison Gardens nearly complete!
New residential community to support Ruth Gaylord Hospital Maganjo into the future.
The John and Sue Morrison Gardens – a new residential community that includes three apartment residences named for Thomas and Sue Bisanz, Dennis and Megan Doyle, and Gary S. Holmes – is close to completion on the Ruth Gaylord Hospital campus!
Each residential building has eight or nine spacious light-filled apartments featuring gleaming tile, beautiful cabinetry, roomy closets and all the comforts of home. Each unit comprises of two bedrooms, master bathroom, guest bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and large living room.
Rental income from the new buildings will cover costs of future hospital equipment replacement, ambulance maintenance, public health outreach (such as immunization clinics and patient-education programs), and gaps between patient payments and the full costs of care. The residences also will help meet growing demand in the Maganjo area for affordable, safe and secure housing.
